My spouse is a frequent flyer and she was just looking for a travel bag to carry aboard the airplane. This one was perfect. If the handles were longer like the same bag of the same model but in a larger size – it would be more comfortable. But still – the bag is great.

As with all Tumi products, good quality finish, workmanship and materials and several useful compartments which is very needed and useful for a travel carry all bag.
I have taken one star off as the zip design for main bag closure is flawed. It uses the zip closure design like those zip design for a jacket ie you have to lock it in at the ends before your can zip. This design is very inconvenient as the zip heads kept coming out and you have to re-lock again to zip.This is a very inconvenient design when you are travelling and have to quick access to the bag contents, zip head disloged time to time is very frustrating for user. A zip with sewn end tail will be better as it keeps the zip on and easy to zip in and out.

I will preface that I despise the price. However, I have been looking for a bag with these features for a year now, and this is the first I’ve found. It’s the right size, has handles made for holding, zips at the top, has a slide to attach to your roller luggage. It also has loads of extras. Like a hidden pocket for your passport, loads of pockets, an interior pocket for your water bottle, etc.
I have an unseen disability. Due to significant surgeries I cannot put anything on my shoulders ever again. It’s easy to find handbags I can carry with just my hand, but carry ons have been so difficult for me. Getting around an airport has been an extreme and literal pain for many years. This is the first bag I have ever found that allows me to move around an airport without pain. I love it. I just wish it didn’t cost me this much.

I ended up exchanging this for the larger size. All functions are the same it’s just a little taller and wider. Very light, durable, stylish with lots of pockets.
